What this service is

Fax Line Index is an independent comparison site. We publish prices that online fax services print on their own pricing pages, with the allowance and overage each states, and record HIPAA as what those pages say. We are not a party to anything you agree with a vendor, and nothing here is legal or compliance advice: whether a vendor's business associate agreement satisfies your obligations is a question for your compliance officer.

How we are paid

Vendors may pay us a commission when you sign up through a link on this site. That commission never changes the order of the table: ranking is by printed entry price, computed from the verified figures, and a vendor cannot buy a position. Affiliate links are disclosed and carry rel=sponsored.

About the price index

Every figure in the index is quoted verbatim from the vendor's own published pricing page, with the date it was retrieved and a hash of the page text at that moment. Entry prices are the lowest advertised monthly price as printed; an annual-only figure says so. Included pages and overage are the entry plan's as printed, and nothing is inferred where a page prints neither. A vendor whose pricing page could not be read is recorded as such rather than estimated.

No warranty

The index reports what vendors published on the dates shown. Prices, allowances and terms change, so check the linked source page before you sign up.
